SniperFast gets a new look, inside and out. Accessible from the new external management panel, it introduces the integration of advanced features and many new features arriving between now and the next few months.

Everything easier with SniperFast Manager

The new panel dedicated to the configuration of SniperFast has been designed to allow the integration of the AI Search system on the main e-commerce platforms, allowing you to have advanced features on any eCommerce CMS.
The new online application manager.sniperfast.com therefore becomes the starting point for operations linked to the configurations of the search, statistics and information on the status of your subscriptions, including indexed products and expiration dates.

New filters 2.0: Show, sort and search list values ​​as you want

Search filters have new features to allow you to adapt them to the needs of each seller. You can now choose whether to load them already open or not. This new option gives the option to leave open the filters that are considered most important to achieve the desired result, limiting the need for the customer to scroll through a list if it is very long.
To resolve this situation, a new also the option to activate a filter search field: in this way the customer will be able to write the text they are interested in to limit the visible values.
The possibility of changing the name is also available of a filter. Through the appropriate interface it is possible to modify (for example) the Manufacturer filter by renaming it to Brand and so on.

Search: New custom banner

The new version of SniperFast allows you to load two banners, one for the desktop version of the search and one for the mobile one.
Through the appropriate configuration menu it will be possible to insert the link destination, so as to send the customer (for example) to a summary page, to a promotion or to a contact form.

Multi-select feature and attribute filters

Another important innovation in this update is the possibility of being able to add multiple values ​​for the same filter. If you have exported characteristics and/or attributes, the customer will now be able to choose a value without the others disappearing. This will allow for example to filter products with the Material characteristic and values ​​”cotton” and “wool”, while adding the Size filter with “M” and “L” values.

Mobile optimized search

Although aesthetically similar, SniperFast 2.0 takes advantage of the experience gained over the months and completely revises the functioning of mobile search, so as to make it more usable on the devices that visit the sites the most.
The Landing Pages, currently available for Prestashop, have been improved with specific optimizations in the search results pages.
Previously, when you performed a search in one of these pages, the results were modified, effectively losing the starting results. Now, however, a separate search is opened, allowing you to continue viewing the starting products. This also allowed us to resolve various compatibility problems with various templates.

B2B: Hide prices from non-logged in customers and dynamic loading

SniperFast 2.0 offers improvements in features dedicated to B2B ecommerce. Now it is possible to hide prices from customers who are not logged in and to recover the real data when logging in, so as to show the discounts dedicated to each customer.

New template Full Page Search

To complete the 3 search results templates, a new Full Page layout has been added which allows you to take advantage of the entire screen size.

Advanced remarketing and more

Born as a search system, SniperFast is evolving with a view to providing the seller with a suite of features aimed at increasing conversionsby customers. The objective of SniperFast, in fact, is to lead the customer to view both products relevant to the current searches or areas visited, and to engage him in the purchase through a series of targeted advice strong>based on who has purchased similar products or on their previous orders.
The first part of these features is already in an advanced stage of development and will be made available in the new control panel coming soon.
